Healthy Indoor Air Certificate. Free test.
Single operation Businesses are eligible for a free indoor air test. The free test, works towards a award of Good -Very Good on the standard rating certificate.
The test site must not exceed 3000sq foot in overall size. The free test does not include, checking boilers, appliances or any electrical and machinery. The free test is for public assessable areas only. It does not include working areas, where only staff access.
Healthy Work-Space Indoor Air Certificate applies to working areas.
If the Business obtains a rating of Good-Very Good, on its indoor air test, this automatically makes the business owner eligible for a certificated presentation to display at the site. And printed certificated sticker out ling the indoor air rating and the business name, the certificate should be displayed, for the benefit of the business.
This allows the Business to promote there successful rating and display this to there customers.
The promotional offer to receive certification is £85.00 and is only obtainable if Good-Very Good air has been achieved from the test.
The certificate is valid for 6 months and on going testing is recommended after this stage. Each 6 months there after that, when a new certificate is issued and payable@ £120.00 this includes the test.
This certification is directed for, everyday retail, places of assembly, food businesses.
Businesses that, operate in personal care, e.g. Hairdresser, Storage of chemical based goods, non everyday retail e.g. locksmith are also entitled to a free test and eligible for a certificate if rated at Good, which is standard for this types of facilities.
Payment for certificate is due on completion of test and payment must be made upon request, receipt and certificate will be issued at that point..
The certificate is optional and after free test there is no obligation to purchase the certificate.
The data of the tests will be sent via email, within 7 days, which availability to purchase the certificate still stand up to this day.
Re-testing is required beyond this point and chargeable at standard rate.
Testing for Good-Very Good on our certificate is the desired target and a number of tests are undertaken.
However to test for a desired target of excellent, testing is more complex and some factors may need to be determined.

The Healthy Indoor Air Certificate (Corporate)
This certificate is the same as above however its not a free test. This section applies to business with multiple sites. And designed for Chains of businesses , with various sites in different areas. Franchises and corporations. Groups of businesses.
This certification is directed for, everyday retail, places of assembly, food businesses.
With a target of Good to Very Good achievement on our certification. And a target of Good for personal care, storage of chemical goods and non everyday retail businesses.
To target a excellent rating more complex testing is required. And further details are required.

The Healthy Home Indoor Air Certificate
Unfortunately we don't offer the free testing for home owners, however testing can be more complex. Home certification is leveled depending on property size.
Level 1, is flats, maisonettes, studio flats, properties of a similar size not above 3 bedrooms. Level 1 costing for test and certification £120.00 valid for 6 months
Level 2, is standard size houses and up to 4 bedroom properties, and exceptionally sized flats 3 bed plus. The cost of test and certification valid for 6 months £180.00
Level 3, is properties of 5 bedroom plus to 7 bed maximum. this includes manor house or larger homes in the same sized bedroom range.
The cost of the test and certification £320.00
Properties outside of the level range please notify us with specifications.
Property developers and Home builders, pricing can be adjusted to accommodate volume and reflect the price.
The Healthy Stay Indoor Air Certificate
The healthy stay test is based on a per room costing, at a average rate of £35.00 per room.
However a minimum of 3 rooms must be available for testing during a single site visit.
All items are tested during this visit including air conditioning and extraction speed from bathrooms as well as standard testing to achieve a high rating on our certificate.
Certificates are issued in A4 format and can be framed. A re-test is recommended every 6 months is recommended, however every 3 months is optional particularly if issues are found during testing. New certificates are issued after on-going testing.
The Healthy Work-Space Indoor Air Certificate
The service is most definitely bespoke, certificates are issued to our customers, however some sites are monitored for cross reference purposes
and data must be taken to determine the best outcome. Recommendations are a common on Work-Space certification.
A standard sized office space over one single floor, is based on approximately 5000square foot this includes complex testing to on site machinery that could contribute to the environment. With certification is £280.00 per floor this includes separate offices and partition areas plus kitchens and toilets.

The Healthy Home PRO certificate
This service is also data based and of outline recommendations. However testing is complex and covers the majority of issues that occur during residency.
A standard 3-5 bed property either flat, house or maisonette. is £285.00 per unit and is recommended every 6 months however, this may be sooner, this would be rating related. The certificate is issued to the how providers attached with a readings and recommendations, plus a unique service of predictive problems that may occur, this will be attached with guidance and management for the tenants.
The price for 1-3 bed properties with all the above is £235.00 per unit per test.
