Non-Emergency Repairs
Start within 7 working days after investigation
For hazards that aren't immediately life-threatening, work must begin promptly, with reasonable completion times based on the issue's severity.
Emergency Repairs
Within 24 hours
For urgent risks (e.g., severe mould causing immediate health threats), landlords must act immediately to make the property safe.
